Rescheduling
When the need to reschedule occurs, due to weather or your own personal needs, a 24 hour notice, at least, is required (we promise to abide). You may change or cancel your reservation with absolutely no charge to you if you let us know 24 hours or more before your scheduled flight(s).
Cancellation Policy
Adirondack Aerosports has a 24-hour cancellation policy. When you book your hang gliding flight, we reserve your scheduled flying time with an instructor who prepares in advance for your lesson. If you are unable to make your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of your flight's cost.
